We offer delivery within approximately 40 km of our Kingston location.
- Customers must be 19+ and present valid government-issued ID at the door.
- The name on the ID must match the order details, and the payment card must match the customer/order information.
- ID and payment verification are required before the order can be handed over.
- If a valid ID cannot be provided, the customer is under 19, or the required details do not match, the order will not be delivered.
- Delivery drivers may refuse delivery when verification requirements are not met.
- These verification requirements are necessary to comply with Canadian cannabis regulations and applicable Ontario requirements.

RETURN POLICY: Cannabis products are final sale — no returns, refunds or exchanges. Apparel is final sale; size exchanges may be accommodated within 2 days, subject to inventory, with tags attached and item unused. Eligible accessories may be returned within 2 days to the original payment method if unused and in sealed original packaging.
