CANNABIS PRODUCTS
All cannabis products are final sale.
Due to the nature of cannabis as a consumable product, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges on cannabis products.
APPAREL
All apparel is final sale.
A size exchange may be accommodated within 2 days of purchase, subject to availability of the requested size.
To qualify for a size exchange:
- The item must be unused and unworn.
- All original tags must remain attached.
- Proof of purchase is required.
Size exchanges are subject to available inventory and are not guaranteed.
ACCESSORIES
Eligible accessories may be returned within 2 days of purchase for a refund to the original method of payment.
To qualify for a return:
- The product must be unused.
- The product must remain in its sealed, original packaging.
- Proof of purchase is required.
GLASS, PIPES & MOUTH-CONTACT PRODUCTS
For hygiene and sanitary reasons, all sales are final on glassware, pipes, and any accessory or product designed to make contact with the mouth.
These products cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged.
PROOF OF PURCHASE
A valid receipt or other acceptable proof of purchase is required for all eligible returns or exchanges.
